Day 1 • Geneva – Jakarta

Flight from Geneva to Jakarta via Dubai. Marhaba lodge during the stopover.
 

Day 2 • Jakarta

Transfer to the hotel where you can relax and dine. At 23h, it will be time to join the check-in for your domestic flight.

Day 3 • Jakarta – Ambon - Cape Paperu Resort&Spa

Early morning arrival in Ambon, capital of Maluku. Transfer to Cape Paperu Resort&Spa on Saparua Island, first by bus, then by taxi-boat.. Rest and free afternoon at the Resort to acclimate your self to this new environment. Overnight at  Cape Paperu Resort&Spa.
 

Days 4-10 • Cape Paperu Resort&Spa

 With 2 to 3 daily dives, some by night, you will have time to explore in detail the richness of the reefs surrounding Saparua and the other Lease Islands. Overnights at Cape Paperu Resort&Spa.

Eliane and Kurt Gross, two Swiss citizens who travelled throughout Indonesia to decide where to install their dive centre before choosing Paperu, best diving site in the country according to them, will guide you.

Day 11 • Cape Paperu Resort&Spa – Ambon

After a final morning spent relaxing at the Resor’s Spa, beside the pool, or visiting Fort Duurstede in Saparua you will reach Ambon at mid-day. Free discovery of the city in the afternoon. Meals in town on a restaurant-terrace with a view on the whole Ambon and overnight at The Natsepa.

Day 12 • Ambon

For your last day in the Moluccas, you will start in the morning and go to Hila to visit the oldest mosque in Indonesia and Fort Amsterdam. This fort was built during the colonial era and the famous naturalist Rumphius lived there. Born in Germany, Rumphius worked for the Dutch as architect and officer before ending his life in Ambon as a naturalist who left an invaluable scientific legacy. If time and weather allow it, you will then go to see the Southern coast of Ambon and its tortured relief. Dinner and overnight at The Natsepa.

Day 13 • Ambon – Jakarta – Geneva

At midday, departure to Jakarta to catch your flight for Switzerland. A room will be ready for you to relax at the hotel before your next flight.
 

Day 14 • Geneva

Arrival in Geneva. Individual return.
